His 30 years have been spent solely in the B2B world of security, business intelligence, back-up and infrastructure software.
Relying on a combination of direct, inside, OEM and channel sales partners to deliver 50% revenue growth at companies like Verity, KVS, Platespin and Princeton Softech, Joe realized the importance of channel partners to “GO TO MARKET” especially in the Mid-Market.
Union Square Software Partners is an extension of the channel sales teams Joe worked with to penetrate markets where traditional sales methods are limited.

Ken is a multi-disciplined software sales professional with a background in systems, data, and security. He has over 25 years of experience with selling and servicing business accounts and managing and developing sales executives into successful professionals. His strong mix of leadership and technical skills helps him to partner effectively with customers and to deliver maximum added value. He is responsible for managing Business Development, connecting US Software Partners’ clients with advanced technologies and world-class services to support a range of business objectives – from accelerating project delivery to achieving long-term strategic growth. Prior to joining US Software Partners, Ken was responsible for sales and account management at firms like Knoa, Peregrine, Verity, and QinetiQ North America.
John Zurawski/Director of Security Solutions
John Zurawski has a distinguished career in software and IT solutions including the past fourteen years in the security space. He has helped clients in e-commerce and financial services battle the identity theft plague of the early 2000’s by devising stronger authentication and transaction verification solutions. These solutions are also effective against stolen login credentials and the advanced persistent threats used for account takeover today. He has been a speaker at the Merchant Risk Council, (the MRC) annual summit, the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center’s (the FS ISAC) annual meetings and other notable industry events. John is knowledgeable in the areas of multi-factor authentication, biometrics, PKI, FFIEC and PCI compliance, mobile authentication and “Big Data” among other topics. He has worked with firms both large and small to protect their networks, intellectual properties and customer accounts. If he is unable to imagine a solution to meet a customer’s needs – he will know someone who can.
Jeff Marinstein/Director of Disaster Recovery and Risk Management
Jeff Marinstein, has more than 25 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery and risk management. During this time he has led the development of business continuity programs for large enterprise and SMBs. Most recently he led the transformation of IBM’s Business Continuity and Resiliency Services unit into the Cloud era. Prior to that he was the global head of Business Strategy and Acquisitions for IBM BCRS. He led the acquisition of Arsenal Digital Solutions from concept through deal execution providing IBM with entry into the Storage on Demand SaaS marketplace; a new line of business generating in excess of $250M in sales and 35% CAGR. Prior to joining IBM he was the President & CEO of Contingency Planning Research, a management consulting and research firm with a focus in security and disaster recovery. Jeff’s work included pioneering research into disasters and their effects on business and the development of methods for business continuity.
